Songs for Paddy Clarke

Paul Grady (2008)

Ken's Role: Producer

"Songs for Paddy Clarke" is Paul Grady's third CD and features the title track, a Celtic tribute to Roddy Doyle's fictional character. Other songs range from the tremolo soaked folk "Bring The Fiddler" to the Lightfootish "Looking For You" to the jazz inflected "When She Was Seventeen" to the bluesy "Leaving Syracuse." Ken handles production as well as solo spots on accordion, Hammond organ, mandolin and lap steel and National guitars. Also on board are George Koller (bass), Pat Riccio (piano), Bucky Berger (drums) and Rebecca Campbell (harmonies).
